What is Copper Blues?
Copper Blues is a live music pub and restaurant with locations in Phoenix and Doral, and Wellington is its Palm Beach County home. The two venues were announced together in 2025 as part of the mall's push toward dining and entertainment, and the Improv suggests grabbing a drink and some live music at Copper Blues before your show.
