Lotis Wellington is the new mixed-use neighborhood on State Road 7, just north of Wellington Regional Medical Center. Its commercial heart, The Square, was planned around a lineup of nine restaurants, and some of them are already serving. Others have signed leases but are not open yet. The anchor of the dining lineup. Cooper's Hawk pairs a big American menu with its own label wines, a tasting room and a retail wine shop. Wine O'Clock happy hour runs Monday to Friday from 3 to 5:30 p.m., and Brunch and Bubbles is served Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Turning Point

Turning Point is a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant founded in New Jersey in 1998, and Wellington is its first Florida location. Think pancakes, French toast, omelets, Benedicts, salads and wraps in a bright, upscale-casual room. It closes at 3 p.m., so plan around that.

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

MOOYAH is a fast-casual, build-your-own burger spot with hand-cut fries and hand-spun shakes. It was the chain's first Palm Beach County location. Turkey and veggie patties and lettuce wraps make it easy to customize.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Kura held its grand opening on April 10, 2026. Plates travel past your booth on a conveyor belt, and you order extras from a tablet. Kids love it, and it is one of the easiest family dinners at Lotis.

Foxtail Coffee

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. Lodge-style American restaurant with a dog-friendly patio and a dog menu. Until Wellington opens, the closest Lazy Dog is at 9636 Glades Rd in Boca Raton.
Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana. The famous New Haven coal-fired pizza brand. The nearest open locations are in Broward County.
Naked Taco. Casual Mexican with tacos and margaritas.
Seasons 52. Seasonal grill and wine bar known for its mini indulgence desserts.
Mazza Mediterranean. Named in the original lineup; its current status is unconfirmed.
Garden Butcher. A clean-eating cafe focused on local and organic ingredients, with permits filed in July 2026 at 1385 S State Road 7.

Why are some Lotis restaurants delayed?

The project has faced construction liens and a dispute among its development partners in 2026, which has slowed tenant buildouts. Brunch crowds are real. Turning Point and Cooper's Hawk both get busy on weekend mornings, so arrive early.
Make it a night. Dinner at Cooper's Hawk or Kura, then dessert at the Kelly's ice cream counter inside Foxtail.
